AYS Substance Abuse Counselor Chosen as A&E Recovery Project Delegate
Associated Youth Services (AYS) Substance Abuse Counselor, Francisco Torres-Gonzalez, was chosen from among hundreds of applicants to serve as the A&E Recovery Project Delegate for the state of Kansas.  In this capacity, he will also serve as the Kansas delegate for Faces and Voices of Recovery when Governor Mark Parkinson signs a Proclamation declaring September as Recovery Month in Kansas on Thursday, August 18, 2010 in Topeka, Kansas.
